The Internal Trainer & Operator is a hybrid role designed for employees who want to contribute to training and development while maintaining their full‑time operational responsibilities. Responsibilities
- Apply and promote safety standards
- Perform necessary adjustments and settings during product changeovers
- Carry out quality tests and make required adjustments
- Collaborate with operational, mechanical, sanitation, and quality teams
- Participate in the continuous improvement of processes
- Support the internal trainer role by:
- Integrating and coordinating the arrival of new employees through a structured onboarding process
- Capture and validate training needs with managers
- Guide and provide the status of flexibilities matrix in order to establish action plans for the development of employee skills
- Create or modify training material including guides on the POKA tool
