In a 2-cup (500 ml) bowl or airtight container, combine the milk, oats, chia seeds and honey. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight, until the oats have completely softened.
Serve in a bowl. Top with the banana, strawberries and oat bar. Drizzle with more honey, if desired. Serve immediately.
