Ingredients
- 8 BUTTER COOKIES TOPPED WITH DARK CHOCOLATE 70% COCOA
- 8 BUTTER COOKIES TOPPED WITH MILK CHOCOLATE
- 8 marshmallows
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) caramel
sauce or dulce de leche
- Place 8 dark chocolate cookies 70% cocoa on a plate,
chocolate side up.
- Toast marshmallows over a grill until lightly coloured
(or 1 to 2 minutes on each side under the boriler
in the oven).
- Immediately add a marshmallow on each cookie.
- Pour 10 ml (2 tsp) caramel on each marshmallow and
cover with a milk chocolate cookie, chocolate side down.
